-Cover Letter (1-1.5 pages) that includes:

  • key experiences that led you to apply to be a pro-life missionary

  • Describe a mentor in your life who exhibits 1-2 virtue(s) that are important to effective mentoring, and provide an example that emulates the virtue(s) you learned from him/her.

If you have not had a preliminary meeting with the Director of Mission Formation, you must also include:

Particulars

The time and place are centered around serving students when and where they are. While schedules are set each semester, this is not a 9-5 job, nor a desk job. It is a role for transformative relationships!

Start: June 2022 with summer training

Accepted CMs will also attend an April meet & greet weekend.

Location: The University of Illinois, Champaign, IL

Formation: Comprehensive summer training, weekly mentorship, & ongoing pro-life education is provided.

Housing & Funding: In year 1, housing & a stipend are provided. If a missionary chooses to do a 2nd year then there is a transition to a support raising model with the support of proven, effective training.
