Plan your weekend

Thank you for sponsoring the 2022 March for Life Chicago! Below are resources to help you plan your weekend. If you have any questions, email Anna Kinskey at a.kinskey@weDignify.org or call our office at 217-255-6675.

Important Exhibitor information:

  • Each exhibitor will receive a 10'x10' space to set-up your booth. You will be provided with a 6'x30" table, table cloth, table skirt, and 2 chairs. If your sponsorship includes 2 booth spaces, you will receive a 10'x20' space, 2 tables, and 4 chairs.

  • Exhibitor tables will be assigned, volunteers will be onsite on Friday night and Saturday morning to direct you to your space.

  • The Exhibit Hall is in the International Ballroom on the 2nd floor. We cannot guarantee that this room will be securely locked at any point during the weekend. If you have valuable items, please do not leave them unattended in the International Ballroom.

  • Please unload using the doors at 8th street (98 E 8th St, Chicago, IL 60605 on Google Maps) on Friday night or Saturday morning. If you use the 720 S. Michigan doors, hotel staff will load a cart for you and you will be charged a $10/cart handling fee.

  • If you need electricity, the charge is $150 and must be purchased by completing this form and emailing it to: Carlos.Maravillas@hilton.com.

The City of Chicago COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate does not affect the March, Rally, Exhibitor Hall, Education Breakouts, Youth Rally, Mass, or LCMS events. Proof of vaccination will not be required at any of the listed events.

Vendor information - a/v & Shipping

Electricity at your booth must be purchased through the Hilton Chicago. If you need electricity, the charge is $150 and must be purchased by completing this form and emailing it to: Carlos.Maravillas@hilton.com.

Audio & Visual equipment is available for rent directly through Encore, the Hilton Chicago’s in-house AV company. Contact Britne Amick at britne.amick@encoreglobal.com. Download the A/V rental form by clicking here.

Shipping to the Hilton is provided by the FedEx office in the building. Please note there is a charge for incoming packages. Shipping information can be downloaded here.

Housing & Parking Information

There is a room block at the Hilton for rooms for only $99/night plus taxes and fees. Rooms must be reserved by December 29th, 2021.

Parking is available at the Hilton Chicago for $65/day. For affordable nearby parking, we recommend SpotHero.com.

January 2nd update: Please check your email for more information about how the City of Chicago vaccine mandate has affected plans for the Banquet. Please respond no later than 9 PM on January 4th.
